L'Alliance Française d'Oxford (the School) accepts students for enrolment upon the following terms and conditions:
- Private tuition and scheduled classes: tuition will start once the signed registration form and the course fees have been duly received by the School.
- The School is under no obligation, at any time and for any reason, to return fees paid except in the event of cancellation by the School of all or part of a course in which the student has enrolled and paid full fees. In this case, the School will return all or a proportionate part of such fees.
- Private tution: 24 to 48 hours' notice must be received by the School for a session to be rescheduled, failing which it will not be replaced.
- Scheduled classes: missed classes will not be refunded.
